Choosing open access

Fuller, R.A., J.R. Lee and J.E.M. Watson (2014). Choosing Open Access. Conservation Biology, 6:1443-1444.

This compares poorly with evolutionary biology, where a whopping 32% of papers are freely downloadable!!
